OUR STORY

Located in the hip surf town of Paia, VANA celebrates the flavors of Hawaii and showcases locally grown ingredients and Japanese inspired dishes. Our menus feature farm fresh salads, local seafood, vegetarian items, *sushi, steak and desserts.

Maui Chefs Sean and Nick carefully created our brunch and dinner menus while Danny, our mixologist developed prohibition-inspired cocktails.Wine aficionados will appreciate having our sommelier, Vanessa to assist with pairing recommendations.

EVENTS & PARTIES

Guests can enjoy three unique dining experiences; our main dining area, the Chef’s Table where Maui executive chefs Nicholas and Sean can be seen in action, gives guests a front row seat to artful sushi making and grilled items, and the Jade Bar, where guests can enjoy a meal with a prohibition-inspired cocktail made by the restaurant’s mixologist. We’re open daily for brunch from 8a-2p, dinner from 5-10p Wednesday-Sunday and late night on Saturdays until midnight. Happy hour 5-6:00pm.
